105S 1958 I have reluctantly decided to sell my 1958 P4 105S as I’m just not getting the opportunity to use it much. I have owned the car for about 10 years and in that time, it has undergone a substantial restoration. Work done on the car during the restoration included:

* Lots of welding to A, B, C posts and rear wheel arches. The car also had a front wing replaced. The work was completed to a high standard.
* Front suspension rebuild.
*
Replacement genuine Lockheed servo from John Wearing Rover Parts.
*
Lots of rewiring.
* Respray in cellulose. The colour is beige/fawn as it left the factory.
* Seatbelts were fitted using brackets from Quick Fit SBS.  There are 5 seatbelts fitted.

Over the last couple of years, I have:

* Replaced all brake pipes and flexi-hoses.
* Rebuilt all cylinders with new seals. A rear cylinder was replaced with a new one.
* Rebuilt the front swivels / kingpins.
* It had a new battery.
* It has had a new coil.
*
Some re-chroming of bumper parts by Derby Plating (very good platers).
* Carburettors have been serviced which sorted a reliability issue I had.

The car has been serviced every 6 months during my ownership. Since the abolition of MOT tests for pre 1960 cars, the car has had an annual safety check by my local garage.  It has however just been put through a MOT.

The car is not 100% perfect (if you want perfection then you’d be paying 3 times what I’m asking), but I’d describe it as a very structurally sound car, with good mechanicals, good paintwork and a good interior which is showing wear in places as you might expect from a 60 year old car.  I am looking for £4500 (no silly offers accepted) for the car which will include some spares.

95 1964 with retro overdrive fitted. Two tone green and cream seats. Runs very well and serviced regularly. I believe has active MoT even though it does not officially need one.  Bodywork in sound order with good shine. Was used quite regularly until recently and went to places like Gaydon.
